I bring over 35 years of experience in sales, leadership, and business strategy, helping organizations overcome their toughest challenges. In my 30-year corporate career, I worked with Canada’s largest companies to drive business growth through strategic sales, marketing, and employee transformation initiatives. I have also built a thriving entrepreneurial business across 9 countries, implementing systems, training and leadership support for over 100,000 customers and business partners. This combined experience gives me firsthand insight into the unique challenges organizations face in areas like growth, leadership development, and organizational performance.
